Same thing since then too, I'd be warming up the jacuzzi for 'em now except most of 'em are now land whales. Pardon my probably mis-spellings but that Nancy Lanza girl at the top now, Mayra Rescigno, Morena Delgrosso, Sabri M, Diletta Piva, Victoria Pazinimello, Morena Casiburi, Susanna Regina and a bunch of the others aren't even tweens yet and they put even smoking little hotties like Callie to shame. Sultry dancing including athletic pole-dances, stiletto high heels, vamp lipstick, long nails and dressed to the nines. Or not, seems like they spend the whole summer in a g-string bikini, and it's perfectly normal in the beaches there. Seriously, I had to see it to believe it and some of them, like that Morena girl are literally hotter than any Hollywood starlet out there. Gotta love countries like that, so based.

Even then they knew there's a whole range of precocious and most girls weren't overly so, they truly were just little girls developmentally so it was only for certain girls. And, even then if you were the chad cunnysseur who got to hook up with your favourite womanly precocious girl, there was an understanding you'd stop at what we'd say today was 2nd or 3rd base whilst she was smol and growing. Love and cuddle with her gently in her knickers or what passed for bikinis then sure, but even then within some limits. And our health and times have of course changed since then, but biologically men are pre-wired to be thoroughly attracted to girls like Callie here and their friends if they show that kind of womanly maturity, especially in their tweens. Our minds are built to tell us she's a little woman that we're seeing and admiring.

And most other parts of Europe to be honest about it, even some cases in North America, the UK and Australia though seems far less common here than in Europe and the daughter countries of South America. Culture and social atmosphere clearly do play a role in a little girl's precocious development and Nancy would almost certainly meet hebe criteria. I would say the same for the Morena girl, at least the younger one Morena del Battaglia I believe and the Casaburi and Diletta girls. The other girls, Susanne and Megan, sorry can't recall their full names now but when they were here, would have to agree. Alice Mordenti, Cloe Carpino too from their recent threads. The girls from France, Ukraine and Russia mostly too, many from Spain and Sweden, and the Austrian and German girls seem to be disproportional precocious. I believe some psychologists have even drawn up tests of some sort, it's been debatable but in their defence it gives us at least some basic way of measuring what the village elders would have known more intuitively. But I'd suspect for most, we'd know it when we see it.

I would just add, likely a part of why so many of those girls in Italy and Europe, or Brazil develop so fast is that in those cultures, men are not shamed for expressing compliments and even well measured flirtations with the little girls as preteens, even when their birthdays are in single digits if they meet those hebe criteria. That more balanced culture likely helps the girls to develop and realise quite early that they hold attraction for men, and if truly are developmentally advanced, are already regarded as little women by society.
