Happens a lot from what I've seen. The promo groups and touring circuits in France have been really featuring a lot of these pretty blonde tween girl singers from eastern Europe lately, originally due to the mass inflow of people from east Europe into France over last decade but now a bunch are bringing in cutie tweeners straight from the region for tours. Mariya isn't officially touring yet but she's such a standout beauty so been getting a lot of attention informally. And she's been in "le dossier de 10 ans" for awhile probably based on when she did her big appearances singing and modelling before. These girls draw huge crowds singing in any language and they're just so gorgeous people can't help but stop and admire them. And Mariya's in a class by herself.

She's actually pretty well known amongst the talent scouts and music impresario groups here in France and thereabouts, one guy I know in fact was with one of them that got her a concert over in Germany iirc and it sold out almost overnight. Not sure but I think she's 9 y.o. and filled one of the old grand opera concert halls. A little angel voice and face to go with it.
